U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS: California Sunshine Cosmetics ships to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We ship ground service via UPS and USPS. Shipping cost is $6.95, and processing + transit time takes between 2-10 business days, depending on to where it is being shipped. APO/FPO addresses may take longer. Orders totaling over $50.00 automatically qualify for free shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Save money by shipping to a U.S. address through Bongo -- use this website to place your order with that U.S. address. Otherwise, we accept e-mail orders for all international orders. E-mail us at info (at) ca-sunshine.com. We honor coupon codes for international orders. All pricing is in USD. We invoice via Paypal. Shipping is calculated based on country. Currently, for Canadian orders we honor free shipping for all orders over $100.00 USD. Returns are only for products shipped to and returned from a U.S. address. Additionally, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. International Mail Shipments are insured for the contents only. The insurer does not reimburse the postage. In the event your shipment is lost or damaged, you will be required to pay the postage on its replacement prior to reshipment.
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to a California address.
We offer trial sizes in our sample kits so that you can determine if you want to order a full size product. Because we offer sample kits, unless a product is defective, returns are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt ONLY for items that HAVE NOT BEEN DAMAGED and the SEAL IS UNBROKEN. A refund is only given after receipt and approval of the returned product. We do not offer refunds on sample-size products. Returns are only for products shipped to and returned from a U.S. address.
To return an item under the above terms, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at info (at) ca-sunshine.com to let us know you wish to return the product and for what reason. If you meet our guidelines, we will issue you a return authorization.
2. Pack the item (s) carefully to avoid damage in transit.
3. Address your return package to California Sunshine Cosmetics, 1812 W. Burbank Blvd., #791, Burbank, CA 91506.
4. Send your return via and insured method, which can be tracked in the case of loss.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. NOTE: We do not assume return shipping costs, and we do not refund initial shipping charges. If you send us a return package via COD, it may be denied or the COD amount may be deducted from your return's refund amount.
We only process returns purchased from www.ca-sunshine.com (this website). If you purchased the product from another retailer, you must contact that retailer for a refund under the terms provided to you by that retailer.
